The data base makes sense for those that have mobile disabilities.
I think it would be better to have a neighborhood captain that could
deligate responsibilities and one of those be checking on the neighbors
that have disability.
The emergency services will be overwhelmed with people that have life or
death needs and don’t need to be checking on people who are not hurt.
