Please to announce that the Blind Americans Return to Work Act HR1175 was introduced by Congressman Pete Sessions and Congressman Kweisi Mfume. This legislation is a bill designed to stop the automatic cutting off of Social Security disability. If you earn $1 over the substantial gainful employment limit, and every $2 you earned over SGE you will lose a dollar in Social Security disability.

This should simplify Social Security disability, and eliminate the problems people have with surprise overpayment letters. Please contact your member of Congress and urge them to post sponsor HR 1175!
