If you are needing assistance to national convention, please find below the
link to complete the financial assistance request form. Please make sure to
find accurate estimates of your costs, here are some sample numbers below:

registration: $25

banquet ticket: $85

food cost: $490

Flights: $450

Hotel: $500 for half of a room(if you are asking for hotel cost, you will
need to be prepared to share a room with someone, it is your responsibility
to find a roommate)

 

Please complete your request by no later than the end of day on April 24,
2025. You will know by May 1 what assistance you will receive. Please be
prepared to share what you are able to contribute when you fill out the
form. This is also the form you would use to request assistance from a
chapter as we are issuing all assistance grants from the state treasury.
