Dear Marci,

Thanks for posting this email. Unfortunately, I am trying to pay for my $20 ticket,  and I filled out the form on Google Forms that you linked in the message below, and after I click next, to get to the payment details, I get messages saying that “Payments are not real and cannot be processed.” Or something like it.  There's also a table of supposedly, the "test" accounts I'm allowed to use. It says the payment form is in test mode and cannot accept real payments. I tried inputting my card details anyways, but it appears that alas, my payment did not go through. 
Just giving you a heads up, and publicly on the NFBW list, in case others may find this info useful and / or run into the same issue.
