Subject: Re: Bell Academy 2024

Hello All,

We are going to have our BELL Academy meetings once a month on Monday evenings. Some of you were included in on the original emails and for this I am sorry. Hopefully this proposed schedule will work for everyone most of the time.

To review, we will be meeting once a month to prepare for the 2024 BELL Academy. Each month we will tackle a different topic, talk about how to get the word out and have people volunteer for the behind the scenes activities that lead to a successful program. Our first meeting date is either October 23rd or 30th. Let me know which works best. We will review the Youth Interaction Policy that both Oregon and Washington have adopted. Discuss how we can recruit volunteers and how to get the word out about the BELL Academy. Meetings will last no longer than 60 minutes. If you have the names and emails of individuals who are interested in volunteering, please be sure to pass along the Zoom invite when it comes out.
Please respond with either Oct. 23 or Oct. 30 so I can set up the meeting.

Looking forward to working with everyone again!

Kris Colcock
