Screen-Reader Users Taking Online College Courses: Your help needed!

AFB.org

August 28, 2017

Screen-reader users who have taken or are currently taken online university classes are invited to participate in a research project. The main purpose of this study is to investigate how students who are blind or visually impaired perceive the implementation and efficacy of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) in online university coursework.

In order to qualify as a participant in this study, you need to be a current or past student who is blind or visually impaired who has used a screen reader to access an online university course. Participation will involve completing a short online survey that is accessible to a screen reader. The survey should take about 20-30 minutes to complete.
