Well Mike, maybe they should be, but they do not. Every time I go to an IHOP, I ask for a Braille menu. No Braille menu. But I'll keep asking. Chili's, Denny's, Applebee's, (I think they still have their Braille menu) have them. But IHOP, Elmer's, Perkins, they do not. Peace, Debby
