Well, here's how a Kitsap County resident can vote. To alleviate Mike's rightful security concerns, the ballots are mailed in. Thanks to Shawn Devine, Kitsap County Auditor, Election Communications, , and Tom Allman from the Secretary of State's office for this information::

The Online Voter Guide is available at http://wa.liveballot.com/kitsap
Kitsap County's Online Voter Guide allows voters with disabilities to access their specific ballot using the internet. It is compatible with commonly used accessibility software such as screen readers and screen magnifiers.

The Online Voter Guide allows for navigation without the use of a mouse and without having to see the cursor on the screen. And all candidate video statements are close captioned.

To view your unique ballot, simply enter your name and date of birth. Voters can review their ballot choices before printing. Use the ballot envelope you received in the mail or print a downloadable envelope to return your printed ballot. You may also contact Kitsap County Elections Division to request an envelope.

The Ballot Tracker feature allows voters to verify that their ballot has been received by Kitsap County Elections.
