We are approaching the date for the Youth Mentoring Experience which will be held at the Washington State School for the Blind on April 14.  Please let us know if you can participate.  Please do not let expense prevent your child from participating in the this important program.  I look forward to hearing from you.

Nature of Independence

Youth Track

 

The National Federation of the Blind of Washington invites blind youth to a day of information and activities to explore what independence means.  Blind adult mentors will work with blind youth to answer questions; which blind young people have about living as independent blind adults.

 

When: Saturday, April 14, 2012

Where: Washington State School for the Blind

Time: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Cost: $25 including lunch
