I just spoke with Anil Lewis, and here's where things stand: There are currently no further hearings scheduled for WIA. The NFB is trying to get our legislation introduced which would repeal the Fair Labor Standards Act. We have a Republican  sponsor and are looking for a Democrat co-sponsor.There are no Democratic House members from Washington serving on the relevant Committee.
