Mike, may be too late.  We have all those people who have already 
cheated the system for so long that they'll never take a "no" and 
lie down quietly.  Or should I say their dogs, snakes, monkeys, 
etc.  won't lie down quietly?  Besides, I think my "comfort cat" 
ought to go with me too--those snakes and other animals frighten 
me and he soothes me.  Lol.    Debby
