No there is not.  The train depot is probably only about a mile from the
hotel, but further than you would want to walk.

 I just called the cab company and they said if you had about four
people in a cab the cost would be about ten dollars.

A number of individuals have asked me whether there is a shuttle from
the Amtrak station to the Hilton Hotel in Vancouver.  There is not.  You
will need to take  a taxi.  Radio Cab from Portland does have a taxi
service in Vancouver.  There are usually cabs waiting at the Amtrak
station.  If not, call (360) 693-1234 and a taxi will be sent to the
Amtrak station promptly.  The address of the Hilton hotel is 301 W. 6th
St., Vancouver, WA.
