I would encourage someone getting on the committee.  I don't want someone
else speakking for the blind. I agree with Mike, not much gets accomplished.
But, it can provide an opportunity of the Federation philosophy getting
said.

Huge waste of time but perhaps we should get a NFB member on there to try to

inject a modicum of sanity into what will, at best, be a gum-flapping 
exercise and, at worst, will be counterproductive to the best interests of 
the blind.
