Hello All,

I wanted to invite any who are interested to the Port Orchard Library
this Saturday, May 9, 2009 from 1:30 - 3:30pm. This is a chance to
explore the Port Orchard Library, meet with blind individuals from the
Kitsap area and check out what is new with the National Federation of
the Blind of Washington.

This will be a fun time to get together and see what people would like
to see happen here in Kitsap County. We will also explore the new
Newsline on the web and using the Victor Stream. I invite all to come
and join us.

Where: The Port Orchard Library, between Bay Street and the Foot Ferry
Terminal. If you are coming from Seattle, just take the Bremerton
ferry, then walk down to the foot ferry terminal and come across. Fare
on the Foot Ferry is $1 each way. When you get to Port Orchard, just
walk up to where the buses are lined up, cross the drive and the
library will be on your left. Come early and enjoy the Farmer's Market
happening by the park. Every Port Orchard bus hits downtown, so no
worries there, eh?

When: 1:30 - 3:30pm

Who: Anyone who is interested in learning about the NFB, NFBW,
networking with other blind individuals or learning about the free
newspaper availability through Newsline. All ages welcome.

We will have a few door prizes and there are some fun places to
investigate nearby if you have the time.

Call me if you have any questions.
