[nfbwatlk] FW: Breaking News!

Carl:

The courts ... perhaps not although they have gotten into more detail
than is here the case in issues such as busing to remedy de facto school
desegregation.

Most definitely, however, it seems to me that ACB and NFB would be
helpful to Treasury in trying to implement any solution.

  Hi Mike,
Do you mean to suggest that it would be appropriate for the court to
involve
itself in deciding how to make the money accessible?
I might see the judges suggesting to the Treasury Department that they
consult organizations such as the ACB and the NFB, as well as review
the
methods already in use around the world.
