This is not accurate; please know that room reservations should be made
soon, but rooms are not as restricted as this note suggests. Rooms are
plentiful and readily available. Please make your reservations, though.

I just wanted to tell everyone that I called up the Dallas Hilton 
Anatole
and I was told they only have 14 more rooms available for the 
convention.   I
don't know if they have to arrange availability for more rooms to be 
included
for convention goers or not.  I do know they have an over flow hotel, 
but  it
is not connected to this place, but a walk away.
