[nfbwatlk] A Fund-raising Possibility

Hello:
 
I will not be the spring convention due to college committments; but I will  
be in Everett for sure; and it looks certain that Ron will join me. The  
Northwest Chapter has a great plan for spring and fall conventions. Jen will  fill 
you in later.
