Noel is right in that if one is using JAWS and leaves Forms Mode ON, the 
fields surrounding the email are misspoken. First is a combo box of 
country, then an edit field for one's email address, then another edit 
field for the same email address (just to be sure one doesn't mis-enter 
it). However, I did not have to use the left mouse emulation button on 
the "continue" button; ENTER worked fine and took me to a page where I 
just confirmed everything and it took me to the credit card payment 
page. There was one error there; JAWS only read two digits of the 
expiration date year although when I entered all four, the transaction 
went through.

It would be interesting to see how someone using Window Eyes finds this 
form.
