New Program Starting!

Living Well with a Disability Program to start on April 2nd! This
wellness program uses goal setting and problem solving as the framework
for developing healthy lifestyles. Most of us practice healthy living
when we have meaningful activities we want to do, so the Living Well
programs begins with why we want to be well. Then, the focus moves on to
developing tools and skills for healthy living. For information on this
eight-week course and to register, please email
marybeth at disabilitypride.org.
