[nfbwatlk] Letter to Annual Credit Reporting Service

As you all know, you can obtain free copies of your credit reports once a
year.  I went into the web site:  annualcreditreport.com and proceeded to
complete the necessary fields.  However, at the bottom, there was the
requirement to type the text in the image to the left, obviously impossible.

Below, please find the letter I wrote to the site.

To Whom It May Concern:

I recently went to your web site to request my free three credit reports.  I
am blind and use a screen reader.  The site was excellently laid out.
However, there is no way for me to answer the last question which asks for
text in an image.  

Please modify this by putting information in the screen so that the right
text can be provided in the security box.  Some web sites have a "listen"
link which allows the user to get the necessary information.

Obviously, those of us who know how to use computers find this option most
helpful when web sites are designed properly.

Thank you for your consideration.  I hope this problem will be addressed.
