Hi, Everyone,

I think you all should know that Kay's cane was in her cart and not visible.
While there is no excuse for rudeness, this situation might have been
significantly altered had Kay's cane been seen by the server.

As with the boy who cried "wolfe" so many times that when he indeed **did
encounter a wolfe, no one paid any attention, I think a similar parallel can
be drawn in this instance.  It takes us time to learn how to teach people to
help us when we need it.  We forgive ourselves for our blunders.  Can we not
extend the same compassion to others who rarely meet us?

Enough even already!
