Lauren,
Something seems out of whack here. Have you talked to the office of the
state insurance commissioner?
Why is it any business of anyone that you are blind? Don't you just want to
insure your vehicle? We carry auto insurance, not driver insurance. I
really don't know a lot about the subject, but our insurance allows other
licensed drivers to operate our truck.
And I've known many blind people who kept their cars because it was easier
and cheaper for friends and family members to use when running errands, etc.
