Lauren,
By now, I'm sure you have had many responses to this post. Insurance
companies want to insure the person who will be driving the vehicle. I was
in the same situation when I tried to purchase insurance on my van. I had
to insure the person who would be driving. When I sat back and thought
about it, it made sense.

Subject: [nfbwatlk] car insurance
Hi,
I tried to get a policy on my car with Gieco and I would have to pay extra
since I am not the one driving. They really wanted the car put under the
policy of the one who would be driving. How do I get my own policy and not
have to pay more?
Thanks
Lauren
