I am surprised to hear about the latest disturbance regarding the Northgate Target. I have never had a single problem like that at Target, or any other store. If anything should occur, I would certainly speak up. Here in Spokane, Target used to have a disability day, and assist people with Holiday shopping and gift-wrapping. I did not attend this event. As far as I know, Target no longer offers this service. I am very glad to be able to shop anywhere in Spokane with no problem.
