We should do some letter writing since we use B of A for both our chapter  & 
personal accounts. I am on a first name basis with the Manager on the  Guide 
in Bellingham. I will call her as well. 
 
They shouldn't be turning off the accessible speech if they can only access  
by using a headset. That doesn't make sense. We are not hard of hearing just  
blind. I think B of A is not handling the situation well and giving in to  
complaints of their sighted customers. At least this is the exuse I am seeing. 
 
Worth further investigation and pushing by us.
