And again, is this another situation where the individual was not carrying a
cane and the employees, probably unfamiliar with the varying levels of
sight, did not know she was blind?
I am not trying to blame the victim, but I think we have become sue happy.
Like the boy who cvontinually cried wolfe, this tactic becomes ineffective
after awhile.

I agree with you Mary Ellen. Law suits such as this one are like
Boomerangs. They may look pretty good sailing out into the wild blue
yonder, but they're just as apt to come around and get you in the backside.
We need to be certain that what we are attempting to resolve via legal
action is attainable.
