I agree with you Mary Ellen. Law suits such as this one are like Boomerangs. They may look pretty good sailing out into the wild blue yonder, but they're just as apt to come around and get you in the backside. We need to be certain that what we are attempting to resolve via legal action is attainable. Carl Jarvis
