Just a quick note letting you all know that I'm heading back to the OTC 
tomorrow. The surgery went very well, and I am now on the road to a full 
recovery. I'm still in some pain, and the use of my hand is obviously 
somewhat limited, but things are looking up. Thanks to all of you for your 
positive thoughts.
