Subject: AFB and WGBH Seek Assistance on STEM Description Project

See below for an opportunity to participate in a joint project from the
American Foundation for the Blind and WGBH's Carl and Ruth Shapiro
Family National Center for Accessible Media (NCAM).

The American Foundation for the Blind seeks blind professionals and
students in the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics fields
to take part in an end user evaluation of best practices for describing
STEM images (charts, diagrams, tables, flow charts, etc.) in digital
talking books that were developed by WGBH in Boston and its National
Center on Accessible Media (NCAM). Participants will be reimbursed for
their time. To learn more about the study and to register, please visit
http://www.afb.org/Section.asp?DocumentID=3778.

Thank you!

Mary
