[nfbwatlk] Alert about increase in audible traffic signals

Hmm...wonder what happened to the first line of my note?
Anyway what I said was,
I heard a rumor that when they tested the original model it lifted it's 
little electric leg on one of those chirping, coocooing traffic signals and 
shorted out four square blocks in down town Chicago.
