[nfbwatlk] Convention Flyer

Hi,
On a previous email, the registration rate was said to be $60 before Oct. 
15th and $65 after that.  In this email it says the rates are $55 before 
Oct. 15th and 60 after that.  I sent mine in paying $60 so I hope I can be 
reimbursed $5.
