Hi,
Here is my ankle update.
Today I was taken down and up the stairs by having my wheelchair tilted
back. That was on the scary side, but two guys were able to do it.
I went in and had the cast sawed off. I was sure glad the guy explained
what he was going to do before he did it. The saw was loud!
I am now wearing a walking boot and can use a walker to get around. I will
still need quite a bit of physical therapy though because the tendons and
muscles are all out of whack from inactivity while in the cast.
It was neat to feel the sun and smell the trees and water outside.
