[nfbwatlk] Art Scheiber Memorial

I had no idea either.  Many of us in the NFB knew Art very well, and for a 
long time he was quite active in the movement.  This was a shock as Al 
wrote.  Art will be remembered for his helpful attitude, and yes, his 
willingness to drive.
