Yes, and I have a framed original of the Braille bill signed on March
22, 1996 by Governor Lowry hanging on the wall of my office at work, as
well as a picture of the bill signing ceremony. Anyone is welcome to
come to my office to see these historic items any time.

If I'm not wrong about this; the braille bill passed between 1990 &
1993, If
this is correct and I think it is; I helped lobby in Olympia for the
bill to
pass.
I want to help again. I would like some feedback about writing a
resolution
for State Convention. Like forming the Student Division I am very
passionate
about this issue for everyone; myself included. Braille must survive.
