[nfbwatlk] the rise and fall of Braille?

If I'm not wrong about this; the braille bill passed between 1990 &  1993, If 
this is correct and I think it is; I helped lobby in Olympia for the  bill to 
pass. 
 
I want to help again. I would like some feedback about writing a resolution  
for State Convention. Like forming the Student Division I am very passionate  
about this issue for everyone; myself included. Braille must survive.
