Dear all,
    There is an article in today's Tampa Tribune about the National 
Federation of the Blind and hybrid vehicles. I happened to speak with 
John Pare yesterday afternoon and he gave me the heads up on a large 
demonstration that is being held today in Baltimore. I read the story in 
the Trib on Newsline (Tampa Tribune, October 3, business, article 1). I 
couldn't find it in the Trib's on-line edition, but here it is in the 
Montgomery . Ala. newspaper:

While looking around in the Trib, I saw this link that simply said
