Another thought would be to name it after former Senator Bower whose 
actual bill it was that passed -- SB-3797.

  Lessard Physical Education building;
       Named after Nadyne Lessard, Long time teacher at WSSB

   Kennedy Physical Education Center;
       Named after John Kennedy, name of current building
