I was eventually able to get this link to work from the e-mail you forwarded
me; however, after I pasted the URL into the address bar, I had to edit it
by taking away the greater than signs and there was an extra space in the
address because it wrapped around in the e-mail.

 

If you still are experiencing a problem with the link above, you can find
the download link from our website by choosing the search link from our home
page and then search for battery firmware.  It will be the first item in the
list of search results.
