[nfbwatlk] March for Independence Honor Roll

I can't get the dad-blamed March for Independence web site to work: it 
won't take my addressbook and even when I enter the addresses by hand, 
it won't send. And the error reporting is gawdawful! In other words, 
there ain't no diagnostics telling me why things ain't going thru. So I 
guess I won't get a T-shirt.
