Absolutely right Bob.  Please don't take my humor as being anti technology. 
In fact, the more we adapt technological developments to our purposes, the 
more independent we can really become.
But still, I can't help wondering about where this is taking the human 
species.  Will the day come when we are nothing but a bunch of electrodes 
sticking out of a big recliner?
