Just hang on a few more years.  I'm working on a series of devices that will 
revolutionize the world of communication.  The components are simple; two 
jacks, a camera lens and a small keyboard.
The jacks will be buried just above either ear, giving you access to a 
number of electronic devices.
The camera lens will be implanted in the center of your forehead, enabling 
you to capture everything you turn your head toward.  And the keyboard will 
be glued to your chest.  It will be water proof so you can even send 
messages while in the shower or the hot tub.

Am I the only one who worries that we're becoming so, "in touch" with the 
world that we no longer have live friends?
