    I just spoke with Jami Burgess in Congressmen Dix's office.  She said 
that during the Appropriations Committee meeting this morning an additional 
$5 million was added to the NLS budget.  She expects that the full House 
will vote on the appropriations package next week.  Hopefully we will get an 
update from Melanie Brunson tomorrow so we can keep the pressure up on this 
issue.
