The spring function will be on the weekend of April 20-22 at the Ramada Inn 
Governor House in Olympia. However, it will not be the usual general 
convention. Rather, it will be a seminar for parents of blind children and 
their offspring -- it will be geared especially for blind adolescents and 
their parents. Hence, the only people who will receive assistance to attend 
will be those who are speakers and those who will be mentors. Carol 
Castellano of the NOPBC will attend and Denise Mackenstadt is in charge.

The CFB convention will be the weekend of May 4-6.
