How about an accessible ipod?

The VR Stream goes a long way toward this goal, but I would still like to
see a usable ipod.  Maybe I have missed the one and only out there re ipods.

I went to the Apple Store and discovered that everything is menu driven.  I
guess I could memorize the menu, but what if I got lost in it?

I would be interested in anyone's experience with this.
