Federationists and friends:

I am very pleased to tell you that President Maurer will grace us with 
his presence as our national convention representative this October. 
It's been quite some time since he's been to the Evergreen State so 
we'll be most pleased to have him participating with us. I'm sure we'll 
all partake of good fellowship and renewed energy and dedication to the 
Federation and its mission.

about the convention program.
