Hopefully this is just the beginning of the attention we will receive.

Hello, today is Tuesday, April 3, the 86th day of the 105-day
legislative session.

COMING UP

Picketers from around Washingon will rally on the Capitol steps at 11:30
a.m. Wednesday to call for more funding for the Washington Talking Book
and Braille Library.

According to the organizers, Washington Council of the Blind and the
National Federation of the Blind, the library has not had a funding
increase for six years. They say it is the sole source of print
information, whether it is books, magazines or news for many blind
people. The library provides this information in Braille, large print
and on cassette.
