Another concern.  How many languages will each sign need to speak?
Also, if the speech is not clear and sharp folks with any hearing loss will 
find the information confusing.  Many years ago, when my hearing was 
particularly sharp, I boarded a subway train in New York City.  As we 
approached the first stop a garbled, scratchy sound came over the loud 
speaker.  I had no idea what it said, but lots of folks jumped up and headed 
for the doors.
The newest addition to "The Spoken Word", is on the Ferry boats.  Sitting on 
the car deck, straining to listen over the surging engine, to a faint 
unintelligible voice echoing through the hollow belly of the huge craft. 
Who in their right mind ever came up with that clever idea?
