For all members of the Northwest Chapter going to convention:
 
I will be receiving the transportation grant soon. Once I receive it and  
deposit the funds, I will be contacting each of you who are going to convention  
by phone and email, in order to make arrangements for you to receive a check.  
Since I am very busy, it will be your responsibility to purchas your own 
tickets  for the bus or train. Once you get your call from me, please respond 
promptly.  In case of emergencies during the convention, I will have funds set 
aside for  this reason. 
 
Remember it is your responsibilty to contact me and purchase your tickets  
once the funds are given to you. Each of you are also now committed to go,  
unless an emergency comes up wich prevents this from happening. I'm glad I will  
see you there. Also, any members wishing to go who still need assistance with  
any expenses need to contact Mike for assistance promptly. Jacob, do you need  
help with anything? Get well soon. Sorry about the meeting cancelation.
 
We will be holding a mini meeting for chapter officers and membership over  
the convention weekend sometime during breaktimes for maybe a half hour.  
Jennifer or I will let you know when later. Everyone stay healthy and get your  flu 
shots if needed. Take your vitamin C.
