Thank you Jim. That has been on my mind for some time. I'm glad you said  it. 
 
We must set the example and embrace change and grow. As I said before, our  
strength is in our membership. One more thing, our affiliate is as strong as 
our  weakest members. Who will take up the torch when the time comes?
 
Lets be strong and raise the bar. We have the great potential to do great  
things for the blind. Let's start thinking outside the box. This is not  
idealistic, it's just plane common sense and truth. Are we willing to go the  extra 
mile?
