You know, it wouldn't kill us to realize that America's heritage isn't just
white. America is known for being a melting pot of different cultures, and
it would be nice if we recognized that now and again. The anthem being
translated is a cool idea as far as I am concerned; the translations aren't
neccesarily about the recent immigration issues, but about acknowledging the
fact that America is made up of different cultures. Besides, if you aren't a
Native American, you're an immigrant too. Yet somehow you're special because
your family came here however many generations ago and these people are
coming now?
